What were they trying to resolve:

With 2 installations under their belt, The golf club opted for a 3rd array on their Artisan Hut to not only to move further towards being carbon neutral but in this scenario make use of the government backed export scheme due to the hut’s low energy usage.

What was the solution?

The south facing elevation of this building was smaller than the north, so we had to maximise the KW output of the area we had to work with. Like their previous systems we also opted for a hybrid inverter to add batteries in the future with minimal works. The idea was to allow the system to produce as much as possible so the golf club could benefit from the smart export scheme.

What was the result?

We chose the large 635W JA high wattage panel for this installation as this made the best use of the space available in kilowatt output per square meter. This allowed for a simple 9 panel area covering the south roof space. We also provided the golf club with a 4G data sim monitoring device. Due to the sites lack of WIFI this device allows the system to be connected to the internet and provide valuable data to the golf club on performance alongside their two other sites.
