The plumber who exchanged our bathroom basin last Friday (didn’t get his name) carried out a first-class job. Very pleasant to talk to work very neat and tidy, and left the bathroom like he had never been there, apart from a new basin. A credit to himself and his professionalism. From the first contact with M&E Contrax (for an estimate) to the installation of my solar panel system yesterday, I have nothing but praise for this company. Lee came to give me a quote at home  and was professionally brilliant and not in the slightest bit pushy to gain a sale. From this initial meeting everything went smoothly and I honestly can not think of one negative comment. Anyone who wants a decent well managed solar system can't go wrong by giving M&E the job. Excellent service from start to finish. We recently had Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) carried out across 7 of our properties in Torquay and Exeter, and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout, appointments were arranged promptly with tenant's, and the inspections were carried out thoroughly with minimal disruption. The reports were clear, detailed, and delivered quickly, making it easy to stay compliant with landlord electrical safety requirements. The electrician was knowledgeable, punctual, and happy to explain any observations and recommendations. It's reassuring to work with a company that takes electrical safety seriously while providing a reliable and cost-effective service. I would highly recommend them to any landlord or property manager needing EICR testing in the Torquay, Exeter, and surrounding areas. We will definitely be using them again for future inspections. M&E solar installation -- I waited a few months before posting. This domestic installation happened in one of the wettest weeks Devon has seen. Lee put the quote together and also oversaw the project. Everything was done efficiently and all went to plan. There are a lot if hoops(and delays!) to go through with the regulators, but no complaints with contrax at all. The team- lee Josh Matt and Tristan all worked hard & long days to get it all done. They all knew their jobs and worked well as a team. They were also very polite and tidy! The Sig system works like a treat(once you work out everything it can do!) and so I'm really pleased with it all. Getting another battery and DC charger from them next week. Really happy with the EV charger installation. The engineer arrived on time, was a really nice chap, and the work was done neatly. The project manager also handled the OZEV grant process which made everything much easier. I had M&E Contrax install a heat pump recently and couldn't be happier. The team were friendly and helpful throughout, the installation was carried out professionally and they left everything clean and tidy. Used the M&E for one of my commercial venues in Torquay.  Couldn't be happier with the work carried out. The team were friendly, cracked on and even left the place clean and tidy.  Will use regularly now
