What Was The Solution?
The solution was to install energy efficient LED lighting throughout to meet with current SBEM requirements and a fast CAT 6 data network to future proof the building for the every changing needs of an online business.
A focus on individual hot water heaters provides resilience should failures occur and with close communication with the builders we installed a wet room which is compliant with all current DDA requirements.
What Was The Result:
An installation that not only met the latest technical regulations but exceeded our client’s expectations. The installation was brought in on budget and all commissioning was successfully completed.
