Common Questions

Questions we hear most often

Answered honestly. If yours is not here call us on 01364 654271.

Which air conditioning brands do you install?

We install Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic, Toshiba, and Worcester Bosch. Brand recommendation depends on your space, budget, and installation environment. We advise on the most appropriate system after the survey.

Does air conditioning cool in summer and heat in winter?

Yes. All modern split system units operate in both modes. In heating mode they work as heat pumps, delivering heat at typically three to four times the efficiency of electric panel heaters. For many Devon properties a well-sized system replaces room electric heating in winter while solving the summer cooling problem.

Is there a government grant for air conditioning?

From 2027, the Boiler Upgrade Scheme is looking to include a £2,500 grant towards air-to-air heat pump systems in residential properties. We advise on the latest information and eligibility at the survey stage.

How long does a domestic air conditioning installation take?

For a single split system, typically one day. Multi-room systems take one to two days depending on the number of indoor units and cable routes involved

Do you offer emergency air conditioning repair?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency response for commercial air conditioning system failures. Call 01364 654271. For domestic systems we offer priority response where possible.
